It seems that my colleagues have all but forgotten this…or something. Hell, even I am thinking of of leaving this project…well…since I work best with others…and it seems that no others are here. Ah well. Maybe it’ll turn around after some downtime.

Fear not!

We aren’t dead…I think we missed a few things this past week or so…or it was just me. I think the MTV Video Music Awards had some stuff that was worthy to mention, but I managed to miss it. Though, why would anyone, especially me and my colleagues, voluntarily watch anything from MTV? Sure, MTV owns VH1 Classic, but that’s a channel worth watching.

So, in conclusion, we are not dead.

Flash Gordon…the TV Series.

Starting a couple weeks ago, the 8th (?) incarnation of Flash Gordon, aired on the Sci-Fi channel. For those of you not familiar with Flash Gordon, I suggest using “Google-fu” to learn about it, since I am too lazy to do the work myself. I’ve only seen a couple of episodes so far and missed one, but it’s only three episodes in anyway. I find it mildly entertaining, but I’m holding off on final judgment of the series thus far until the first season is complete. Until that time…keep an eye out for my review (or anti-review) of it.

Greetings and salutations, world of the internets.  For those who don’t know me, I am NEGAWEAPON/Nega/Drakken/Jim/Viking-Sensei/Cap’n Briggs/TheRedEye/Anubis… (I think that’s all of them… well, all I’m willing to admit to, anyway).  I’m a long-time member of the #deep13 family, occasional Master-And-Commander of MSTapes (Back when, you know, we did MSTapes), renegade billionare, writer, artist, founder of Vikingspace.com, and I think I may have been Pope for a short while in the late 90’s.

I don’t have anything of actual importance to say at this point… oh, wait, yes I do.  There’s a local tv show here in my home town of Cinci that I wish to support.  It’s called Friday Night Fu and it’s sort of a Midnight Movie hosting thing, only the movies are Kung Fu movies and the people hosting it are nuts.  They’re not quite at the MST level of movie interference, but it’s got a lot of varied host segments (Episode 1 featured a giant man in drag posing as Lindsey Lohan for one segment) and a puppet named Professor Fu.  It’s in it’s fourth season, however it’ s been seven years since season three, so it’s sort of a new show.  Episode 1 is available online at their site for the watching… If you like Kung Fu and are at least amused by locally produced cheesy television, you should check it out.

Yes, it is I, the former owner of the original Deep13.org “news” site, the former owner of the now-dead (no matter what Jouva says) #Deep13 IRC collective, and the former whatever of probably 100 other failed web experiments which involved creativity and content and a bunch of other new-age buzzwords that people hate hearing after the first syllable is spoken.

How very odd…

Hello all! I am DarkonZero, but here I’ll be known by my moniker, David J. I, with my fellow colleagues, are trying something new to bring about a blog that none have ever seen before! Alright…maybe some of you have seen something similar. I think my ol’ pal Rob filled in the blanks of what this blog will be, so I guess you can call this my introduction of sorts. Pretty much, you’ll probably read some reviews of movies or television shows I watched recently. But, I have to write a scathing review, unless I want to get the hose again.

So…I’ll be sure you get your internet’s worth of entertainment. If not…blame one of the other guys. If you want to know more of me, you can read my LiveJournal, and my MySpace. Also, in the near future, I should have a new project in swing…if not…again…blame the other guys.
